With the rapid recovery and vigorous growth of the global tourism industry, travel agencies are facing increasingly complex business management needs. Customers' demands for diversified and personalized travel products continue to rise, while operations such as tour group management, hotel coordination, transportation arrangement, and financial settlement have become more intricate. Traditional manual management or low-automation systems are no longer able to keep up with the development trends of the modern tourism industry.
At the same time, the proportion of outbound tourism continues to rise, involving passport information processing, currency exchange, international regulations, and other complexities, which further increases management difficulty. Against this backdrop, travel agencies urgently need an efficient, intelligent, and modular integrated management system to break down information silos and achieve refined management across the entire chain of tour groups, resources, and finances, thereby improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer service experience, and supporting enterprise digital transformation.
Based on this need, we have planned and built the "International Smart Travel System for Travel Agencies," aiming to create a smart tourism management platform that integrates information integration, process automation, and intelligent analysis.
